David Gomez

David Gomez is Principal, Co-Founder, and Head of Operations & Development at Peak. He leads all of the firm's construction and design efforts. His mission is to create a community approach to development, evoking an emotion of comfort for Peak's tenants through intentional design and planning. Prior to Peak, David was the Founder and President of Fountain Equities, a vertically integrated real estate brokerage, which he started in 2012. Prior to that, he worked as the Asset and Construction Manager of over 300,000 SF for a prominent New York Real Estate family. Throughout his career as a real estate professional, he has sourced, negotiated, and transacted on over $900,000,000 worth of New York real estate. David is an active triathlete and avid hiker.
Alex Rabin

Investments & Acquisitions
Alex Rabin is Principal, Co-Founder and Head of Investments and Acquisitions at Peak. As a VP for 7 years at RWN he sourced and underwrote all acquisition prospects and assisted with all firm transactions. Alex also oversaw asset management across portions of the firm’s portfolio. Prior to joining RWN, Alex was a Senior Analyst at TIAA-CREF, where he supported the firm’s asset management and acquisitions activities from 2012 to 2014. Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, he worked in acquisitions for Stellar Management. He received an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a BA from the University of Michigan. Alex lives in New York City.

Alex Kaskel has more than 10-years’ experience in leasing, management, and acquisitions. At Peak, Alex is responsible for the firm’s capital market efforts which include raising capital and is involved with sourcing new acquisition opportunities. In addition, he develops and manages relationships with deal intermediaries, financing sources, and the brokerage community. Alex was listed as one of the “30 Under 30 Rising Stars” by the Commercial Observer in 2015 and was on the team that won REBNY’s coveted Most Ingenious Deal of the Year Award in 2013. Alex is on the Carnegie Hall Real Estate Council, serves as Governor on the Board of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association, is on the REX Next Committee of the UJA-Federation of New York, and is a Washington Club member of AIPAC. Alex has a B.A. from the University of Michigan.
Amnay Labou

Amnay Labou oversees the construction projects, leasing, and marketing. Amnay has over 8 years of experience in Financial Real Estate Analysis, Marketing and Residential leasing having served as Senior Real Estate Analyst at NBC Universal and Omnicom Group. Prior to PEAK Amnay served as a New York Real Estate Salesperson at Fountain Property Advisors. Amnay holds a Master’s in finance from INSEEC Business School London, a bachelor’s in economics from Sorbonne Paris, and a Real Estate Certificate in Finance from NYU. He's an avid soccer player, triathlete and runner who successfully completed the Half Iron Man Miami in 2017 and the NYC Marathon in 2014 and 2022. Other than sports he enjoys investing in technology companies, reading about geopolitics and travel around the world.
