David Gomez is a New York City real estate developer with more than two decades of experience building, redeveloping, and operating multifamily and mixed-use properties across Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. As PEAK’s Co-Founder and Managing Principal, David has led over $1 billion in New York City transactions – from ground-up development to complex repositionings and condo conversions. He oversees all construction and design efforts at PEAK, driven by a mission to create a community-forward approach to development that evokes comfort, belonging, and quality of life through intentional design and thoughtful planning.

David’s work is defined by disciplined execution and financial precision, consistently delivering strong risk-adjusted returns in one of the most challenging regulatory and construction environments in the country.
